Tiramisu Cake
- 2 eggs
- 2g vanilla
- 200g mascarpone cheese
- 120g fresh cream
- 10g instant black coffee
- 200g ladyfinger biscuits
- 20g Milo powder
- 20g cocoa powder
- Hot water
- Seasoning: sugar
How to make Tiramisu Cake
1. Make the cream and coffee mixture
Make the cream
- First, crack the eggs and use only the yolks. Put the yolks into a large bowl with 45g sugar.
- Prepare a pot with boiling water (about ⅓ full) and place the bowl over the pot (double boiler method). Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove the bowl from the heat, add 2g vanilla, and mix well.
- Add 200g mascarpone cheese and stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip 120g fresh cream for about 1 minute until slightly fluffy.
- Add the whipped cream to the mascarpone mixture and gently mix for about 1 minute. Set aside.

Make the coffee mixture
- In another bowl, add 10g instant black coffee and 30g sugar, then pour in 200ml boiling water.
- Stir until everything is fully dissolved.

2. Assemble the cake
- Prepare a clean glass container.
- Dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the coffee mixture, then arrange them in the container.
- When the bottom is fully covered, spread ⅓ of the cream evenly over the biscuits.
- Repeat the layers until all the biscuits and cream are used.

3. Finish and chill
- Refrigerate the cake for about 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, sprinkle 20g Milo powder and 20g cocoa powder on top.
- Your Tiramisu is ready to enjoy!
