The pastry shell:
- All-purpose flour: approximately 400g
- Slightly salted margarine: 200g
- Sugar.
- Egg yolks: 2 yolks
The filling:
The filling for an egg tart is a creamy custard filling, so you will need the following ingredients:

- Condensed milk: 60ml
- Unsweetened fresh milk: 200ml

How to make Egg Tart
Make the crust:
- Mix 100 g all-purpose flour with 200 g margarine until smooth. Wrap and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Mix the remaining flour with sugar, egg yolk, and 150 ml water. Roll the dough, place the chilled butter dough in the center, fold, roll gently, wrap, and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Repeat rolling and folding 4–5 times to create flaky layers. Roll the dough to about 3 mm thick, cut into rounds, and line the tart molds.

Steps to make the egg tart crust
Make the filling:
- Mix condensed milk and unsweetened fresh milk, then heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- Beat eggs with a little vanilla, then slowly mix with the warm milk. Strain the mixture until smooth.
Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes. Pour the filling into the tart shells and bake for about 20 minutes until golden.
- Enjoy the egg tarts while warm for the best flavor.
