Macaron Recipe
Prepare ingredients:
- 60 g almond flour
- 2 egg whites
- 20 g unsalted butter
- 35 g cream cheese

Easy Homemade Macaron Recipe
1. Whip the egg whites:
- Add 2 egg whites to a bowl and beat at low speed until foamy.
- Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, mix at low speed for 30 seconds until dissolved.
- Add 2 more tablespoons of sugar and beat at high speed until the egg whites are thick and fluffy.
- Add a little food coloring and mix well.

2. Mix the dry ingredients:
- Add 60 g almond flour and 42 g powdered sugar to the egg whites.
- Gently fold and press the batter to remove air bubbles.
- Mix until the batter is smooth and flows slowly when you lift the spatula.
3. Shape the macarons:
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe small round shapes onto a baking tray.
- Tap the tray gently to level the batter.
- Let the macarons rest for about 60 minutes until the surface is dry.
4. Bake:
- Bake at 160°C for 10 minutes.
- Then bake again at 160°C for 6 minutes.
- Lower the temperature to 140°C and bake for another 10 minutes.

5. Make the cream cheese filling:
- Beat 20 g unsalted butter until fluffy.
- Add 20 g powdered sugar and 35 g cream cheese, then mix until smooth.
6. Fill the macarons:
- Put the filling into a piping bag and pipe it onto one macaron shell.
- Place another shell on top to finish.
