Ingredients:
420 g all-purpose flour
3 eggs
90 g powdered sugar
80 ml vegetable oil
2 g salt
240 ml fresh milk
25 g baking powder

How to make Pancake
- Sift 420 g flour and 25 g baking powder into a large bowl. Add 90 g powdered sugar and 2 g salt, then whisk well to avoid lumps.
- In another bowl, mix 240 ml milk, 80 ml vegetable oil, and 3 eggs. Beat well, then slowly pour into the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
- If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk and mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with butter. Pour one ladle of batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Cook over medium heat. When bubbles appear and the surface dries, flip the pancake and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from the pan.
Serving:
- Stack 2–3 pancakes, drizzle with honey or chocolate, and enjoy. Pancakes are perfect for breakfast or a light snack and give you great energy.
