  • 420 g all-purpose flour

  • 3 eggs

  • 90 g powdered sugar

  • 80 ml vegetable oil

  • 2 g salt

  • 240 ml fresh milk

  • 25 g baking powder

Tools needed:

  • Whisk or long spoon

  • Non-stick pan

How to make Pancake


  1. Sift 420 g flour and 25 g baking powder into a large bowl. Add 90 g powdered sugar and 2 g salt, then whisk well to avoid lumps.
  2. In another bowl, mix 240 ml milk, 80 ml vegetable oil, and 3 eggs. Beat well, then slowly pour into the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
  3. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk and mix until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with butter. Pour one ladle of batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  5. Cook over medium heat. When bubbles appear and the surface dries, flip the pancake and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from the pan.

Serving:

  • Stack 2–3 pancakes, drizzle with honey or chocolate, and enjoy. Pancakes are perfect for breakfast or a light snack and give you great energy.
