  2.  Add the prepared 90g of powdered sugar to the butter and mix until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3.  Beat one egg in a bowl, then add it to the butter and sugar mixture and mix well.
  4.  Add another 2ml of vanilla extract to the mixture to remove the eggy smell.
  5. Add 180g of all-purpose flour to the butter and egg mixture, dividing it into two portions and using a sieve to make the flour smoother, then mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Pour the entire mixture into a piping bag and prepare to shape the cookies. Use piping tips 1M and 4B to create the shapes.

  • Brown sugar: 80g
  • White sugar: 80g
  • Chicken eggs: 2
  • All-purpose flour: 350g
  • Baking soda: 6g
  • Salt: 2g

  1.   In a bowl, combine 350g of all-purpose flour and 6g of baking soda, then mix well.
  2. Using another clean bowl, sift the mixed flour through a sieve to make it smooth.
  3.   Cut 200g of room-temperature butter into small cubes and place them in a clean bowl.
  4. Next, add 80g of white sugar and 80g of brown sugar to the butter, then use an electric mixer to beat the mixture until well combined.
  5. Add the two cracked eggs to the butter and sugar mixture and continue beating with an electric mixer at medium speed until well combined.
  6. Add the sifted flour mixture to the butter and egg mixture, then use a whisk to mix thoroughly until the mixture is completely smooth.
  7.  Put on gloves and use your hands to mix the mixture thoroughly once more.
  8.  Add 130g of chocolate chips to the mixed batter and gently mix everything together with your hands.
  9.  Shape the chocolate chip cookies into round shapes, then sprinkle another layer of chocolate chips on top.
  10.  Bake the cookies at 180°C for 15 minutes, or until they are evenly cooked, golden brown, and crispy.
